PHOENIX EQUITY FUNDING. We are expanding our company and are looking for talented individuals who want to change their quality of life. Candidates must have a strong drive and work ethic with the desire to earn a six-figure income. BILINGUAL A PLUS.
We do all loan types from A-paper to Subprime, including Option Arms.
We are currently looking for 10 HIGHLY MOTIVATED Junior & Senior Loan Officers EXPERIENCE NOT NECESSARY we will train!!! You need to be a closer and a people person.
We provide:
-HOT INBOUND & OUTBOUND phone calls from borrowers

We Are Looking For:
-Excellent closing phone skills

-Commitment:This is not a 9 to 5 position you will get out what you put in
-Fund 6-10 loans per month
Your Responsibilities:
-Take INBOUND & make OUTBOUND CALLS and generate applications
-Qualify each lead and/or close client on proposed programs

Currently, our HIGHLY MOTIVATED Junior & Senior Loan Officers are taking 20-30 calls each on a daily basis and averaging 6-10 funded loans per month.
