Jr. Loan Processor/Assistant

Optimax Home Loans is an established mortgage company with a new branch office located in the Warner Center.

We are looking for individuals that are motivated, hard-working, reliable and have a passion for success. Experience in the industry is not required. We will provide extensive training.

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Must have an attention to detail
-Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
-Computer literate
-Excellent customer skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
-Functions well in fast paced, energized environment.
-May be required to work more than 40 hours, as the job requires
-Spanish speaking is a plus
