JUNIOR LOAN PROCESSOR

The primary function of this position is to ensure the timely and accurate packaging of all CONV/FHA/VA loans originated by designated loan officers; gathering information, processing the package to make sure it meets the specific guidelines, verifying loan documents including income, credit appraisal and title insurance, and ultimately preparing application for submittal to underwriting. You will manage their pipeline to ensure all loans are processed in a timely manner.

 

Requirements include:

 

-1+ years processing experience with Conv/Gov loans

-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, prioritizing, and follow-through

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
