LEASE ADMINISTRATOR

 





 

Lillibridge Healthcare Services, one of the nation?s leading healthcare real estate companies is seeking a Lease Administrator for the Portfolio Management Group located in the downtown Chicago corporate office.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Receive lease package from portfolio manager for processingLog documents into tracking mechanismReview package to make sure all documents are includedReview and verify that lease abstract reflects actual lease termsRecalculate lease commission to confirm what is owedRoute lease for executionDistribute executed leasesEnter relevant lease information from lease abstract into Colonial database and verify rent roll Deliver lease to Property Accountant for review and approval of entry File reviewed documentsOverall coordination with General Managers located in the field for all changes to the rent rolls including total building square footageTrack and summarize lease commissions for corporate billingSpecial projects as assigned

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Bachelor?s Degree2 to 5 years hands-on real estate experience in similar capacity or as a paralegal working in real-estate related mattersAbove average technical proficiency

(Familiarity with Microsoft excel and Microsoft Word software essential)Proficient  knowledge of and experience with accounting principles and practicesAbility to exercise prudent judgment and prioritize in the absence of supervisory personnelAbility to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure accuracy and timely completion of workExcellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
