LEASING ADMINISTRATOR

 

Inland Holdco seeks an individual to administer multiple leasing functions. This includes managing workflow, creating documents, seeking approvals, and maintaining relationships with tenants, brokers and staff. This role is integral in creating and administering documents and will assist the Leasing Director and/or Attorney in preparing leases, amendments, abstracts and filings. Responsible for administrative and clerical functions including writing correspondence and handling travel arrangements.

 

Qualified candidate will possess:Requires a HS diploma and 1-2 years experience. Computer proficiency in MS Office required along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
