LOAN OFFICER

GLC FINANCIAL is a locally owned and operated full service mortgage company based in Ft. Worth, TX. We have a small family owned atmosphere, but everything else about us is big. We are looking to fill a variety of positions and below are a few reasons why you should join our team.

GLC is HUD approved and we specialize in FHA VA, subprime and conventional loans. Our excellent bilingual processing staff has years of knowledge and experience in getting your loans closed fast. We are so confident in our abilities; we have a ?21 day closing Guaranty? which we market to our Builders and Realtors.

 GLC has an in house Account Executive who will assist you in developing your marketing programs as well as getting GLC?s name out to various Realtors and builders as well as keeping in contact with past clients to keep referrals coming.

 GLC likes to promote a team atmosphere. This ad only applies to those who are willing to give it their all and posses a strong work ethic as well as enthusiasm.

 GLC will provide leads to the appropriate candidates as well as marketing reimbursement.

Below is a list of loan officer positions we have available:

 

 Loan Officer Assistant: No experience required we will train, and pay a flat fee on loans until you are fully trained in all areas and are ready to go out on your own.

 

Loan Officer: Licensed Loan Officer with at least one-year experience, up to 60 % commission

 

Bilingual Loan Officer: Experience a must. Position requires handling large realtor base of incoming referrals. Experienced bilingual processor already on staff.

 

Senior Loan Officer: Licensed Loan Officer with at least 2 years experience up to 80% commission.

 

 Net Branch Opportunities: Run your own mortgage office under GLC license while utilizing GLC's in house experienced processing. $500.00 flat fee per file.
