LOAN OFFICER/CREDIT UNDERWRITER

 

PMC Commercial Trust, (www.pmctrust.com) is a publicly held real estate investment trust that primarily originates loans to small businesses through conventional loan products as well as SBA (Small Business Administration) loans.PMC Commercial Trust's corporate office is located in a convenient area of North Dallas.

 

We are currently seeking an experienced Loan Officer/Credit Underwriter for our lending operations. An accounting or finance degree a must!  Individual must have experience in analyzing financial statements and tax returns.  Knowledge of commercial real estate and the SBA lending program a plus. 

 

This individual must be well organized, self sufficient and able to work independently.  Applicant must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
