WEST CAPITAL LENDING is looking to recruit top producers loan officers to work from home and originate mortgage loans in California.

If you have at least1 years experience and you can close at least 3 loans a month WE OFFER 90% commission!!!!

Start at 80% split regardless how many loans you close!!!

No office and the freedom to work from Home.

We do not hold your money - No Reserves We broker all our loans currently.

No Penalty for Brokering Loans.

No Audit Fee

No Inflated Mortgage Banker Rate Sheets. You do have to disclose Y.S.P.

You can not originate for another mortgage company.

All Loan Processing has to be done at a branch location. Compliance does not allow a Loan Officer to process.We are CFL license so no license required for loan officers!!
