NEED 100 LOAN OFFICERS FOR CALIFORNIA including 25 LOAN OFFICERS in SAN DIEGO

We are looking for an energetic, self-starting professionals with drive, determination and sales experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a loan officer, you will be responsible for generating loans using a variety of referral sources including realtors, CPA's, financial planners, and other networking avenues.
Develop product knowledge and offer your clients pre-qualification and pre-approval as well as the best mortgage package that will fit their unique needs.
Take and complete loan applications, obtain follow up documentation required for processing and keep all parties informed as to status.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 DRE License and prior sales experience in the mortgage industry. Superior customer service skills and understanding of client needs, ability to identify the cause of any problems, and implementation of creative and pragmatic solutions. Detail-oriented person with strong verbal communication skills, and the desire to work in an environment where accuracy and timeliness is of the essence.This position offers attractive compensation package.
