Responsibilities:Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Coordinates funding with business partners and settlement agencies. Prepares documents for closing.Checks documents against underwriter worksheets to ensure all conditions are met.Coordinates closings with the Account Executive and Escrow Agent (Title).Ensures that all closing conditions are satisfied prior to funding. Validates fees with business partners to ensure proper disclosure for disbursement.Enters loan information into the system and ensures data is correct by cross-checking with source documents.Follows up on After Funding Adjustments (AFA) and missing conditions.Processes and resolves return receivables.May assist with processing/shipping, etc.

 

  Requirements:A high school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of funding and/or processing experience in the residential lending industry.Proficiency with Calyx Point, Excel, and Word.Excellent communication and organizational skills Demonstrate ability to overcome problems
