Learning Sales Consultant

Option One Mortgage is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to join our dynamic Learning Department!

 

If you have strong mortgage operational experience and experience delivering training formally or informally; we want to talk to you!

 

As a Sales Trainer you will be responsible for representing the Learning Organization to the Sales Business Unit, providing creative solutions and learning interventions as identified by the Learning Partner of Sales. 

You will acts as a liaison to the Business Unit ensuring focus is on key priorities and initiatives as prescribed in the needs assessment process.

 

Other Job responsibilities include:

? Conducts learning needs assessments for various business unit?s initiatives with direction.

? Facilitates learning initiatives as prescribed by the Learning Partner as developed and designed by the Instructional Design Team with direction.

? Assists with the update of training materials to ensure compliance standards are correct and that they reflect the latest changes in policies and procedures with direction from the Design team and/or Learning Partner.

? May be asked to support in the delivery of programs and services as needed to Corporate, Servicing and Production.

? Conducts learning programs and workshops as identified by the Learning Partner.

? Customizes case-studies and learning scenarios within developed programs to address challenges and needs of assigned Business Unit with direction from the Design team and/or Learning Partner.

? After learning interventions are delivered, works closely with Sales Leadership to measure learner behavior changes as they apply to the evaluation methods designed for learning application.

? Assists with the roll-out of key initiatives (technology, systems and processes) as they relate to training.

 



Sound good so far? If so, we'd love to speak with you if you meet the below qualifications:

 

? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

? Minimum of two (2) years of related professional experience in technical training and/or instructional design, preferably within the residential mortgage banking industry. Or, experience in a leading/key role in mortgage origination or mortgage sales, such as a Branch Team Lead, Underwriter, Account Manager, or Account Executive role for a minimum of (3) years.

? Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
