Job Description:
Grubb & Ellis Management Services, Inc. is seeking a Lease Administrator for a corporate office in McLean VA. This person will serve as a single point of contact for the lease document management process.

Scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
Manage the Estoppels, Lease, and Amendment review and execution process.
Review monthly rent and sublease income reports.
Prepare and submit quarterly property report to risk management.
Receive/distribute all lease related notices.
Provide administrative support and other department related function, as required.

Job Requirements:
Candidate must be very organized and personable.
A minimum of two years of Lease preparations experience is required.
A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Good communications skills and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office are required.
