Lease-up Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Lease-Up Specialist, who will be committed to represent our company as a top-level leasing professional for our newest multi-family residential communities. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

? Assist in setting up the Temporary Leasing Office during construction

? Research and compile area marketing data

? Recommend sales and marketing campaigns to the Sales Manager based on current market trends

? Be the first point of contact for prospective residents

? Thorough and diligent follow-up of all leads

? Convert telephone and internet inquiries into qualified traffic

? Maintain a 50% closing ratio with all walk-in traffic

? Set up new resident files, complete lease paperwork, and computer entry for all new residents

? Other duties as assigned by Sales Manager

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

? Minimum 2 years high-volume residential leasing experience

? Minimum 3 years customer service experience

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

? General Office skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

? Ability to work well independently

? Prefer Bachelor?s degree

? Willingness to travel as needed for training, etc.
