Leasing Agent- Multi-Lingual English & Korean in Korea town- for 302 unit building -

Must be able to work weekends - Residential Leasing Experience is a MUST

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager or Executive Manger. Responsible for Renting, collections, overseeing maintenance staff, leasing agents and vendors.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

In charge of all rental activities as follows:

* Advertising

*Sign Placement

*Showing Vacancies

*Putting up balloons

*Holding open houses Saturdays & Sundays

*Credit reports and resident applications

*Completing rental agreements, accepting deposits

*Keeping vacant units clean

* Walking tour paths daily

*Traffic Reports/logs

*Guest Cards

*Answering phones

*Serving notices

*Computer entries and record keeping

*Rent surveys and updates

*Enforcing of all rules and regulations

*Eviction procedure and court appearances if needed

*Other duties assigned

 

Required Knowledge and Skills

*At least 2 to 5 years of  Residential leasing experience is a must

*Weekends required

*Computer knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word and Yardi preferred

*Strong communication skills

*Strong customer service skills

*Professional appearance

*Efficient word-processing skills

*Ability to work under pressure

*Must be organized and resourceful

*Must be self-motivated and proactive

*Must be a team player and have a good attitude
