Leasing Agent / Part Time

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to fill a part time leasing position with a growing property management company.

 

If you have great people skills, enjoy a friendly work environment, and are looking for a chance to advance in the property management industry then this may be the position for you.The ideal candidate for this position is someone that is outgoing, friendly and willing to learn who at the same time can also be prompt and professional.

 

Location:

 

Downtown Orlando

 

Hours are as follows:

 

Saturday's are required from 10 am - 4 pm

Two other week days  (hired candidates choice) 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

We are closed on Sunday's

 

Starting Pay :

 

$10.00 per hour / with some leasing incentives offered.

 

 

Experience

 

Basic computer knowledge, Word, Excel, Internet use, professional phone skills. Knowledge of "One Site" and some leasing history helpful but not required.
