Leasing Consultant/Asst. Manager

Our Norwalk property is in need of a leasing consultant to show and lease apartments for a 136 unit community. The qualified individual must have property management experience, must be able to work independently and take the lead in absence of the manager. Other leasing responsibilities will include but are not limited to basic general office functions such as typing memos, filing and faxing. Experience in accounts payable and recievables is a plus. Qualifications

Strong communication skills
Demonstrated leader and strategic abilities
Experience in Word and Excel; Yardi a plus
Experience with renovation a plus
