Leasing Consultant - Bilingual (Spanish/English)

William C. Smith & Co., a Property Management Company, is looking for Leasing Consultants for their Prince George?s County and Washington, D.C. properties.  Successful candidate will deliver leasing services to multiple properties within the corporate portfolio, provide information to prospective tenants, process applications, run credit reports and assist managers with leasing procedures, answer questions and resolve problems from customers and prepare leasing documents for signatures.

 

Must have excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented with a high degree of professionalism.  Excellent communication skills also required.  A high school diploma required with 1-2 years of experience in a residential leasing position with a proven track record for effective closing.  Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.  Spanish speaking, bilingual applicants for these positions are desired.
