Aimco is currently seeking a Leasing Consultant for our conventional apartment community in Savannah, GA. This enthusiastic sales and customer service oriented professional will be responsible for the consumer life cycle including acquisition of consumers, excellent resident service, retention and separation of residents.

 

The Consultant will lease apartments in accordance with policy and procedures set by AIMCO, assist in marketing the community and generating traffic, and follow the scripted sales processes which includes: answering incoming calls using a telephone script, scheduling sales appointments, greeting future residents, presenting the available rental units through personal tours, and following up on inquires.

 

Requirements:

 ?Previous SALES experience and the ability to meet sales goals required.
?Ability to work weekends and holidays required.
?Previous experience utilizing scripts to sell products or services preferred.
?Enthusiasm, reliability and the ability to multi-task required.
?Strong communication and follow-up skills required.
?The ability to be assertive and professional in attracting passive customers required.
?Bi-lingual (Spanish & English) preferred.
