We?re looking to expand our marketing staff with an individual that understands the senior care industry, someone who will close sales and manage the move-in process for our unique, homelike residences, located in the beautiful Stone Oak area of San Antonio.  This position works with the executive director and wellness director to ensure resident assessment compliance and state regulatory compliance, and works with the community relations director to assist with the successful implementation of the community?s marketing plan.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience in the senior care industry or a related field; possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; and demonstrate the ability to manage inquiries and leads to move them through the sales process, from initial inquiry to move-in.  This candidate will also:

 

?  Possess/develop a thorough understanding of the product and services to effectively represent the residence to sales and referral prospects.

?  Be available in the residence to handle tours and inquiries during assigned working hours, including some evenings, weekends and holidays.

?  Be familiar with state rules and regulations regarding admission policies.

?  Generate mailings and other communications for events, referrals and leads, and maintain up-to-date inquiry and referral records.
