Requirements:

 At least five years experience in commercial real estate leasing and /or finance Strong analytical and organization skills Ability to manage communication with multiple people and establish priorities Self starter and ability to work with minimal direction Demonstrated software proficiency in Excel with prior experience in database management software

 

General Description:

 

The position is responsible for monitoring the completion of leases from inception through execution in accordance with company policies, procedures and project parameters.

 

Core Function and Responsibilities:

 Work closely with System Administrator on developing customized reporting and analysis needs on an ongoing basis with input from Sr.VP of Leasing. Responsible for maintaining and verifying database integrity of all leasing data in Lease Flow module of company database. Input and maintain MRI database with leasing information, including but not limited to, contact information, negotiated lease data, critical milestones during lease negotiation, construction and/or design issues. Update and distribute weekly and monthly leasing status reports with input from leasing, construction, lease administration, and development departments to ensure accuracy of data. Update monthly leasing report for tracking of deals by executive and comparison to budget. Responsible for departmental budget and cost tracking. Track status of leasing progress for various developments through database reports and spreadsheets. Extrapolate information as needed to create customized reports outside of database. Support various departments within organization with accurate and up to date data either through system reports or customized reporting. Track leasing commissions, both internal and external, and report same to accounting for payment processing. Coordinate updating of lease plans for all developments with project architects as requested by leasing executives and distribution to other departments. Track status of leasing progress for all developments through use of both customized reporting and system reporting. Analyze new lease term economics against profoma numbers through customized and database reporting tools. Track and report co-tenancies per development and potential rent impact.
