Anthony J. Costello and Son Development is a family owned real estate development and property management company serving the Rochester, NY area for over 25 years.  The Company's main focus is the development of office, commercial and medical space.  The Company is moving toward new opportunities in diverse fields, which will be incorporated into our expanding real estate portfolio.

 

LEASING MANAGER

Position Requirements:

 

Ideal candidate should have a keen sense of the Rochester, NY commercial real estate market, including medical office, retail and general office.  Candidate will be responsible for marketing, management and leasing of all real estate holdings for Anthony J. Costello and Son Development.

 

Additional requirements:

 

?  Familiar with lease document language.

?  Must possess strong organizational and self-reliant skills.

?  Understanding of the Landlord/Tenant relationship for the build-out process.

?  Ability to market space to a variety of clients.

?  Create and maintain a comprehensive marketing plan. 

?  Develop and implement strategies for leasing new buildings as well as vacancies.

?  Maintain presence within community and real estate peer groups.

?  Coordinate with ownership and develop new opportunities for company growth.

?  Possess leadership skills required to manage and maintain large diversified real estate portfolio. 

?  Strong character, motivation, creativity and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
