Leasing Representative-Retail

Expanding regional Real Estate Development and Management Company is seeking a Leasing Representative with 3-5 years experience for third-party accounts located in the southeastern United States. Responsibilities include leasing space in retail centers located primarily in Atlanta, the Carolinas and northern Florida, gathering and evaluating market and tenant information, sourcing and evaluating new tenants, negotiating letters of intent and leases, reviewing leases and managing relationships with property owners.

The successful candidate must have: (1) Strong communication skills, (2) a college degree or equivalent in real estate, marketing, business management, or related field; (3) minimum 3 to 5 years leasing grocery, big-box anchored and strip shopping centers; (4) strong organizational skills; (5) proficiency in a ?Windows? computer environment; (6) demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.  This is an Atlanta-based position, limited travel is required.  Attractive compensation package available for the qualified candidate.
