Leasing / Sales Consultants

Austin Ranch, located in The Colony has immediate openings for Leasing Consultants with 2-3 years lease-up experience. This is an excellent opportunity to put your sales skills to work. This position offers excellent earnings potential ? Hourly rate, bonus, plus additional incentives.

 

Our Leasing Consultants assist in the day to day operation of the community, but are primarily focused on leasing apartments to prospects and providing great customer service to current residents. Additional responsibilities include: Greet prospective residents and show apartments Handle all leasing, marketing, sales, customer service, and administrative responsibilities Focus on converting leads into sales by outreach, prospecting, and lead generation Process applications and lease renewalsCoordinate work orders with the maintenance department

 

Requirements include:Must possess leasing and/or sales experience, with strong customer service skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks Weekend hours are required
