Licensed Title Agent

This position is an experienced closer who is a fully qualified licensed title agent able to competently conduct all aspects of closings in the Tampa area.

 

This position shall inclue the Handing of Closing files from inception through Closing/Post closing while bringing a certain level of customer service to thier customers.

 

? Perform all Closer duties including table closings, HUD statement preparation and processing/post closing;

 

? Work as a liaison between the lenders, buyers and sellers to facilitate the closing;


? Attend and participate in Title branch staff meetings;


? Market and promote the use of Capital Parthers Title & Trust, LLC, which given the opportunity;


? Prepare and distribute marketing material;


? Track and facilitate insurance requirements;


? Order payoffs;


? Order homeowner association estoppels;


? Deposit escrow funds received;


? Respond to title insurance questions posed by clients, real estate agents, mortgage brokers and other office staff.

 





JOB REQUIREMENTS:


? 3-5 years progressive experience in the Title business, including experience writing HUD statements.


? Strong computer experience; MS office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Closer's Choice AIM or similar Title Closing software.


? Must be a Florida Notary Republic and State of Florida Licensed Title Agent.
