Licensing Administrator

We are actively recruiting for a Licensing Administrator in our Corporate Office located in Irvine. Selected candidates for this position will possess a minimum 3 or more years of?recent and related business experience, strong analytical, research, communication and interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to handle tasks simultaneously. College degree is a PLUS.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


?
Completes licensing renewals, annual reports, miscellaneous state specific reports for all 51 jurisdictions.
Sets up all loan originator courses, tracks completion of courses by loan originators.
Completes loan originator licensing as required per state.
General understanding of financial institution investor and regulatory agency operations.
Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office software programs.
