Loan Officer/Loan Advisors

Home123 a subsidiary of New Century Financial Corporation is currently looking for a Loan Advisor to perform the following job duties:
? Originating loans from provided leads and managing them to funding.
? Corresponding with/or interviewing applicants or creditors to resolve questions regarding application information.
? Examining, evaluating, authorizing and/or recommending approval of customer applications for residential real estate loan.
? Compiling loan package and facilitating negotiation of loan structure with applicant, including fees, loan repayment options and other credit terms
? One+ years sub-prime experience is preferred.
