GENERAL SUMMARY

Under moderate supervision, assists and supports Loan Representatives in all phases of loan origination from the development and maintenance of PMB relationships to funding of approved loans. Communicates with and educates brokers, realtors and customers about loan programs, products and procedures from application to funding.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops relationship with realtors and secondary sources such as financial planners, developers, attorneys, accountants and PMBs by discussing loan and documentation requirements with customers prior to loan applications and communicating underwriting requirements.

Keeps realtors/brokers and borrowers well informed of loan status and follows up on problem issues.

Monitors status of loans in the pipeline daily.

Coordinates development of marketing flyers, one-on-one presentations, sales seminars and attends realtor functions.

Coordinates with Appraisal and Underwriting staff.

Maintains contact information for brokers, title companies and other regular contacts.

Handles routine inquiries when Loan Representative is unavailable.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Two years of office experience.

High school diploma.

Knowledge of/experience in Real Estate, appraisals, underwriting and/or loan processing.

Strong organizational skills.

PC skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
