Immediate Responsibilities would include:Developing relationships with multiple referral sources such as consumers, Realtors and financial planners. Working knowledge of an array of product lines to include conforming, nonconforming and 100% financing loans.Learning World Saving policies, underwriting guidelines, and loan process. Sales presentations to prospective borrowers and referral sources. Accepting applications from new borrowers.

 

Candidate Requirements:Mortgage sales experience is highly desired and extensive outside sales experience is required. Initiative, creativity and a desire for success and high income potential. Strong communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management skills.
