Recently, PFH announced the formation of its newest subsidiary, Popular Mortgage Servicing, Inc. (PMSI), the loan administration and servicing arm of PFH.  Located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, PMSI is dedicated to providing a customer experience second to none in the industry.

 

We are currently seeking a several talented individual to fulfill the position of Loan Counselor (1st and 2nd shift) in Cherry Hill, NJ (conveniently located across from the Woodcrest PATCO Speedline station).  This position is responsible for counseling our customers regarding delinquent account status. Loan Counselors work to minimize loss to the Company by determining, as quickly as possible, the best course of action to be taken to collect delinquent balances on accounts.  We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

 

?  High School diploma or equivalent

?  Prior Loan Counseling or Collections related experience a plus

? Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a huge plus
