Loan Officer/Loan Advisors

Home123, a subsidiary of New Century Financial Corporation is currently looking for Loan Advisors to perform the following job duties:

?Originating loans from provided leads and managing them to funding.
?Corresponding with/or interviewing applicants or creditors to resolve questions regarding application information.
?Examining, evaluating, authorizing and/or recommending approval of customer applications for residential real estate loan.
?Compiling loan package and facilitating negotiation of loan structure with applicant, including fees, loan repayment options and other credit terms
?One + years sub-prime experience is preferred.
