 Description

We offer a long term career opportunity in originating commercial mortgages. Small commercial mortgages are in great demand and are not cyclical like residential mortgage originations. This is a new position in our Scottsdale, AZ branch due to growth, not employee turnover. Our Loan Officers receive a rewarding compensation plan that includes a base salary, monthly commissions, quarterly production bonus, and a full benefit package.

As a Loan Officer you will be part of a successful team of professionals responsible for originating and closing purchase and refinance transactions via ample pre-qualified inbound leads generated from direct mail, referrals, and internet marketing.

Contact prospects who have requested information.
Pre-qualify prospects for loan programs within program guidelines.
Structure terms of the loan, and discuss options.
Follow up on applications.
Establish relationships with borrowers.
Maintain activity levels in a quota environment.

 Required Skills

Excellent telephone communication skills required.
Must have at least 1 year of mortgage origination experience, Commercial experience will be a plus.
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
Prior successful mortgage sales experience in a call center environment desirable.
