Loan Officer Assistant

Established Mortgage Broker in Seal Beach area is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant who is motivated, a team player and can work independently.

Candidate Qualifications:

MUST be bilingual in SpanishExcellent communication and organizational skillsKnowledge of Calyx PointAble to structure loan filesWork in a fast paced environment2 years experience in mortgage lending.

Job Duties:

Review loan files pre-processingOrder appraisals, escrow instructions, titleCollect documentation needed from clientsUpdate loan officer and clients on loan statusWork with processing team to meet file timeframes and deadlines.May require travel to realtors office for delivery

Pay Structure: Salary plus Bonus
