We have immediate openings for loan officers for Outside and Inside sales.
? New leads are provided daily for Inside Sales from extensive internet campaigns and online marketing
? 120 leads on average a month per Loan Officer guaranteed!
? Full commission - varies for Outside and Inside Sales. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

The ideal candidate for this position must have a desire to succeed and the ability to produce results. These include:

? Minimum 1 Year experience originating loans in a mortgage broker environment
? Extensive mortgage product knowledge (conforming, non-conforming, and sub-prime)
? Proven track record in originating mortgages
? Strong analytical, project management, and problem solving skills
? Ability to build and maintain relationships
? Effective communication and persuasion skills
? A strong work ethic
? A strong book of business including Realtors, business networks, and personal referrals is a PLUS!
