Comprehensive Training Program

Incoming employees will all complete a comprehensive three-month training program, which will equip you with the knowledge, tools, and technique to ensure success. No previous mortgage experience is necessary as the training program included an overview of the industry, as well as working hand-in-hand with a training manager to guarantee success. Foundation Capital Group Inc. also offered in house training and an online tutorial in obtaining the California Real Estate License.
