Loan Officers Needed NOW!

BancForce Financial Staffing, California?s leading provider of mortgage banking professionals is currently seeking experienced Loan Officers with their License AND without.  As a Retail Loan Officer, your earning potential is limitless and our current Loan Officers are averaging about 80 ? 85K to start.  We do have companies currently offering Draws, a Small Base (1500-2000K per month) and/or Commission Only.

Job Purpose:
The Loan Officer's primary responsibility is to take an active role in the retail sales branch by generating business and originating loans through leads which are provided.

 

Overview:

The loan officer is the core of the company sales team. Your role is to offer superior, individualized service to customers throughout the loan process. By utilizing the company?s various line of loan programs enables our loan officers to provide mortgage solutions to a full spectrum of clients.

(**)We also provide in-house processing and underwriting support, which allows loans to be processed in a turn around time of 15 days.

 

Tasks:

Communicate with prospective borrowers and build relationships.

Take loan applications with prospective borrowers over the phone or in person. 

Review credit reports, determine property values, and analyze mortgage options.

Provide loan proposal for prospective borrowers.

Educate potential borrowers in the home buying and financing process.

Selling the loan

Hold in-person and phone appointments to go over loan details.

Collect all required loan documents.

Work in coordination with the processing department for completion of loans.

Guide your customers through the entire loan process.

 

Skills Required:

1 years recent mortgage sales experience required

College degree or equivalent (Preferred)

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suites (Word/Excel)

Be comfortable with numbers and financial calculations

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated negotiation skills

Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Strong customer service skills required.

Fluency in Spanish a plus (Preferred but not required)
