Loan Officers/Originators - Mortgage Dallas

Our client is expanding at an amazing rate.  They are currently looking for Loan Officers/Originators in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex and nationwide.  If you have retail and A-Paper experience with $500,000. and above average monthly volume, we may be saving a place for you.

As a branch loan officer, you will solicit mortgage loans from referral sources and your own established data base.  You will be responsible for taking completed applications through the process of follow-up  documentation, processing and keeping all parties to the transaction informed as to the status of the application.  You will also be responsible for setting customer's expectations and educating them on the entire loan origination process.  You will quote rates to customers and follow through to ensure the loan is properly locked.  You will be expected to maintain a minimum monthly pipeline of $500,000.  You will also be expected to provide the highest level of customer service.  All Federal and State compliance policies and all HMDA requirements will be adhered to.

Minimum Qualifications:

* A-Paper experience
* Minimum monthly average of $500,000. in volume
* Three years mortgage lending or mortgage banking experience
* College degree or 4 years equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
* Sales and consulting skills
* Excellent oral and written skills
* Knowledge of real estate in local area
* Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA AND FHLMC guidelines
* FHA/VA experience preferred
* Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment
