Developing effective marketing materials?

Job qualifications and Requirements:

Qualified candidates will possess strong communication skills both on the phone and in-person.  You must have experience dealing with realtors face-to-face, calling on them, and preparing and distributing marketing materials.A strong desire to succeed in a sales role is a must!

Previous loan production experience is required.  You must know the many loan products that are available in today?s market place. Entering loan data into your computer, running prospects through automated underwriting, explaining loan programs, and being able to CLOSE the deal... you need to be a complete Loan Originator.
