GENERAL SUMMARY

Assist loan consultants in placing loans with in house and/or investors.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Review loan packages and help restructure/repackaging loans for submission.  Submits files and assist in getting conditions.

Works with lenders on submitted packages.

Answers borrower questions pertaining to loans and underwriting decisions.

 Follows-up on files.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking outgoing, positive, highly motivated individuals with knowledge of prime/sub-prime underwriting guidelines for World Savings, Countrywide, Wells Fargo, Washington Mutual/Long Beach, and Chase products.  High school diploma or equivalent.3 years of loan processing experience.Must have knowledge of Calyx Point and Microsoft Office products.Intermediate skills in operating PC based software.Customer service orientation.Good attention to detail .Bilingual a plus.
