Goldrich & Kest Industries LLC, a leading property management and real estate company is seeking a Loan Portfolio Manager for their Corporate offices in Cuvler City. This position will direct a Loan Service operation of $200 million consisting of conventional secured residential, Multi Family and commerical loans plus Government multi family and unsecured loans. Insure policies and procedures remain in compliance with Department of Corporations, Department of Real Estate, FHA & GNMA requirements. Processing of new loan applications, underwriting analysis and loan documents. Coordinate closing and funding with Escrow or Title Company and complete new loan set ups.
