MORTGAGE LOAN PROCESSING ASSISTANT

First Independent Bank was established in 1910 and remains financially strong and secure. We take pride in being the largest independently owned financial institution in Washington. Due to our success we have expanded our Residential Lending Division throughout Washington.

We are seeking a Loan Processing Assistant to enter loan information in our computer system, set up loan files, order credit reports, title reports and other required reports, prepare correspondence as needed and update loan files.

Qualified candidates should be proficient on Outlook, Word and Excel (or equivalent software) and have good time management skills and be proficient with a calculator. Familiarity with credit reports and the mortgage industry is preferred.
