An opportunity has been created in our downtown Los Angeles office for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Loan Processor. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate loan processing experience (residential experience will not be considered).? Excellent knowledge and understanding of loan processing procedures is required.? Candidates will be working with several MMCC loan originators processing multifamily and commercial real estate loans for a variety of lenders.??

The position will require gathering, completing and/or reviewing 1003s, tax returns, rent rolls, appraisals, third party reports and various lender required documents (SNDA, estoppel, VOM, VOD, application building, etc.), preparing applications for submission to lenders; and coordinating loan conditions with lenders, third party vendors and escrow companies. ?Candidates must be familiar with the documentation that completes investment real estate loan application packages.? The right candidate will provide our clients, brokers and lenders an extremely high level of service with the goal of closing loans in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and be able to communicate effectively and professionally with investors, real estate brokers, and lenders.? This position will require an individual who is flexible, has the ability to work with minimal supervision and possesses excellent written and verbal skills.? Having the ability problem-solve and prioritize to meet deadlines is essential.? Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Calyx Point) are also required.?
