Loan Tech - Phoenix Office

 

FUNCTION:To provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.  Perform office duties and assist in maintaining an organized Service Center.  Assist in clearing underwriting conditions as directed by manager.  Achieve all goals, standards and objectives as set forth for the region and office. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1.  Clearing underwriting conditions as assigned and providing accurate revised decision documents.

2.  Processing Express Track Application.

3.  Perform basic office tasks, such as typing, filing, shipping and ordering supplies.

4.  Utilize all Radian systems for data input and other basic software applications (Word, Excel and Lotus Notes).

5.  Other duties as requested.

 REQUIREMENTS

 

2+ years processing experience in the mortgage industry

Knowledge of mortgage industry documents

General office skills

Excellent service skills

Detail oriented and possess problem solving skills

Outstanding oral and written communication skills
