Experienced Loan Officers needed for several new condominium projects in Maryland?as well as expanding existing relationships with national and regional builders.? ?Builder referral approach allows for purchase volume loan sales.?We are a lender and have incredible money sources for prime and sub-prime borrowers.?We?offer a?full assortment of loan products available including government, commercial, and niche lending. All leads provided, but referral business and realtor and builder marketing is encouraged. Referral commissions pay is top in the business. Bring us your referrals, and you will be rewarded. Advocate?also has?an?abundance of?company?generated?Internet leads.

REQUIREMENTS: Four year College Degree beneficial. MUST possess and project a professional presentation, youthful energy, maturity, and excellent verbal skills. Proficiency in all Windows based programs and knowledge of the Internet a must.?

COMPENSATION: Based on experience.? Potential over first year to $120,000. Benefits include IRA, health, dental, and vision.? UP TO 70% Commissions.
