We are currently seeking a talented individual to fulfill the position of Loss Mitigation Solicitor (10 am ? 7 pm) in Cherry Hill, NJ. Solicitors are primarily responsible for establishing contact with borrowers in foreclosure to advise them of options available to resolve delinquent loans, obtain information sufficient to review loss mitigation options, and to institute stipulated repayment agreements when appropriate.  The ideal candidate will hold the following qualifications (minimally):

 

?  HS Diploma or equivalent

?  Previous Loss Mitigation experience in the mortgage industry ideal or 1 to 2 years of legal/debt collection/customer service experience

?  Ability to work a flexible schedule due to geographic size of portfolio, some evenings and Saturdays will be required.

 

 An offer of employment, and continued employment, is contingent upon satisfactory results on a credit check, background investigation, and verification of previous employment.
