Village Green has an immediate Maintenance Technician position available atthe Crest at Fort Lee Apartments in Fort Lee, NJ! The successful candidate must be skilled at providing exceptional customer service to our residents in a timely manner.  Must have some knowledge of a variety of maintenance repairs including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, basic carpentry, etc.  Candidates may also hold certificates for HVAC work or EPA Universal certificates, although not required. Maintenance tech position must rotate on-call responsibilities for this position.
