Requirements:

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2-years experience in property maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, minor electric and appliance repair/maintenance.  Valid Driver?s license and share of on call and overtime required.

Primary Function:

Seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to assist in the maintenance of several subsidized properties for family, disabled and elderly tenants that is located in the Boston, MA area.

Duties:

Successful candidates should have experience in all facets of property maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair/maintenance, grounds maintenance, painting, etc.
