MBA is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Manager of?Commercial Technology to execute adoption and implementation of Commercial/Mulitfamily? technology standards by firms throughout the commercial and multifamily mortgage industry. Primary responsibilities are to assist the Senior Director of Technology, Commercial/Multifamily group, with staffing the various working groups, draft? and execute project plans? for securing adoption on both and industry and firm specific level, meet with appropriate industry players to market MISMO (Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization) and to implement standards in the field, and work with appropriate MISMO governing bodies, work groups, and task forces to ensure timely execution of alliance agreements.? Additional tasks include working with MBA staff to recruit MISMO subscribers, identify and promote meaningful business rationales for companies to implement MBA's and MISMO's standards.?

The ideal candidate would have a bachelor?s degree in Real Estate or Finance, with MBA or MAster's Degree highly desirable.? Strong knowledge of the commercial real estate finance industry and the technology employed by the? the industry required.? Ability to multi-task is essential.? Excellent analytical, communications and interpersonal skills are required.? Outstanding organization skills and ability to execute deliverables in a timely manner required.? Some travel required.
