Manager Lease Administration

Manager, Lease Administration - $75-80k + 20% bonus potential

Realty Trust is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to oversee and lead our lease administration group. Responsibilities include reviewing abstracts for new leases and amendments, reviewing lease/move in packets prior to setup in Timberline, managing lease administration workflow and portfolio assignments, reviewing tenant billings and pass-through calculations for common area maintenance, taxes, and miscellaneous billings, reviewing revenue portion of the operating budgets, working closely with property managers and property accountants to resolve tenant billing issues, providing assistance to tenants regarding lease information and billing inquiries, reviewing tenant reconciliations, journal entries, and straight-line rent, preparing monthly bad debt schedule. Qualifications are 4-year college degree in accounting or business administration, 3+ years experience managing a lease administration department, strong investigative and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail, proficient with MS Office Suite especially Word and Excel, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks for multiple managers, ability to work independently, and understanding and experience in common area maintenance reconciliation.
