Manager, Relocation Services

Job Description: This role manages a team of Relocation Counselors, Assistants and Destination Specialists to provide top quality services to transferees while maintaining a reduced relocation counselor caseload.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 45(%) Supervise and mentor Relocation Counselors and Relocation Assistants in order to ensure the teams achievement of positional metrics as set. (i.e., amended rates, transferee satisfaction, costs). Provide consistent feedback to these positions in the areas of development, training and performance. Interview and offer feedback regarding new hires for these positions.

2. 45(%) Manage/administer end-to-end relocation services for personal transferee caseload (reduced to 50% capacity). Communicate with and ensure optimum services from suppliers and internal supporting functions.

3. 10(%) 3. Interface as needed with existing clients as well as participate in prospective client visits and presentations.

Job Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in related field desired
Strong customer service background
CRP designation
Supervisory experience
Direct Relocation Counselor experience (proven success via transferee & client evaluation results)
Consistently demonstrates "4 E's" strength
Effective problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work successfully in a team environment
Strong analytical skills
Strong computer skills
