In this key role, you will lead a team of over 20 real estate professionals, as well as outside contract resources, to acquire, divest and manage real estate property. Your focus will be on shaping strategy, repositioning our real estate portfolio and structuring real estate deals in a very dynamic and challenging real estate market.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
* 8-10 years professional experience in real estate, commercial, governmental, legal and/or financial fields
* Proven corporate leadership and managerial track record with ability to lead large projects as well as manage internal and external resources
* Excellent verbal/written communication and analytical skills
* Strong team player with ability and desire to work cross-functionally
* Real estate property and land rights acquisition experience
* Energy and drive to lead a great team to success
